Come discover bodyweight training, where you get an incredibly efficient, effective, and challenging total-body workout using only (mostly) your own bodyweight for resistance! Bodyweight Burner sessions will help you discover the power of bodyweight training for yourself — to burn fat, increase cardio, build muscle and generally get incredibly fit!
This is a small group training class with a new workout each day using various techniques and equipment to strengthen the entire body. The class is a combination of Tabata and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), circuits or interval training using your own body weight or light, functional equipment like Kettlebells and TRX suspension straps, etc.
This HIIT session has you moving at your own level in a non-competitive atmosphere. We accommodate all fitness levels with workouts that can be modified for any pre-existing injuries, for beginners who are just getting started, or progressed for superstars looking to push their limits and is designed to keep your mind and body guessing so you never plateau.
We recommend taking this class 2-3 times per week.
